Our goal is your success.

You will love the hands on instruction you receive at Utah School of Floral Design.  It is a fun, creative course that takes you from the basics to large European designs. You will do several different styles of bouquets, and wedding work in the 20 hours of instruction.  You will work with about $1500 worth of flowers and that is the cost of the class.  You will take most of your designs home with you.

Class Information

Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday from 4-6pm at Wright Flower Company (460 North Main Springville, UT) and run for four weeks. Class size is limited to 12. You can reserve your spot by calling, coming into the store or paying online.

School of Floral Design Costs

The total cost of the class is $1200, which is due at registration.

What You Will Learn

You will love the hands on approach and the easy way it is to learn. You will have the opportunity to work with about $1500 worth of retail flowers which you will take home with you.

Corsages and boutonnières are created on a regular basis to develop the speed you need to make your skills profitable. We will create two to three projects during each class. We will make several styles of bridal bouquets, flower crowns, Victorian and Contemporary arrangements, as well as the current trends in floral design.

We teach the mechanics, styles, and skills necessary to succeed in the floral industry, and will continue to help you after you leave the class. We offer our wholesale flowers to our students. Our prices are very competitive and you may purchase them without a business license (plus tax).

My name is Teresa I took the floral class two years ago. I was really impressed with the techniques and designs used while the class was taught. The arrangements we made were so beautiful and I was able to share them with family and friends. The instructor is very knowledgeable and up on the latest trends. Soon after taking the class my Aunt died. They let me come back to the shop to do her flower arrangements, and even though it had been about four months since I had taken the class they were still there to help and teach me additional skills that I needed to make amazing arrangements for my Aunts funeral. I love that they are a school that keeps teaching after the class is over. I also love that they sell wholesale to everyone, so if you don’t have a lot of extra money you can still have beautiful fresh flowers in your home.
